Thank you for visiting my store. Here's a little information about me so you can feel comfortable and shop with confidence at Pretty Paws Bling.
I've been in the retail industry for about 15 years now as a business owner of an awards and engraved gifts business. Although I love doing that business, my true passion is my pets, so I'm finally branching out and working in an area where I truly feel I belong.
A portion of all the proceeds from sales on Pretty Paws Bling will be donated to various animal rescue organizations. I feel that is the least I can do to give back and help our furry friends who are always ready for a hug and give us all so much unconditional love.

Most of the items ship within 3-5 days of receiving your cleared payment and engraving information (if applicable). Many times your item will ship sooner. Some custom items on our site will require a 2-3 week lead time before shipment. Please check each items individual description for extended lead times till shipping.
Most items are shipped via UPS Ground. Please provide a street address for shipment. No P.O. Boxes please. We would also appreciate a contact phone number in case the shipper needs to contact you regarding delivery of your purchase.
If for some reason there is a delay in shipment of your item(s) we will notify you immediately. We are not responsible for items lost in transit once they leave our manufacturer's facility. If you are having a problem receiving your item, please let us know so we can help resolve the situation.
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding holidays and can take up to 9 business days to receive depending on the location we are shipping to.
Buyers outside of the 48 lower states, International buyers, and those wishing to ship to APO, FPO addresses please contact us regarding shipment of your item before purchasing.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
Your order is processed within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Cancellations cannot be processed after 24 hours.
Due to the customization of personalized, engraved items, they are not returnable. Exceptions are given to the rare occasion that the item contains a manufacturer defect. If you need to return an item, please contact us for information on how to get your item back to our facility. If the item is deemed not defective the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
ENGRAVING INFORMATION:
Each item that can be personalized will display information regarding how many lines and characters per line we are able to engrave. You can forward your engraving information to us via email at customize@prettypawsbling.com. Be sure to include your name and order number when sending your engraving information.
